Order Change / Cancellation Eligibility Window:
We fully understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order, and would like to do our best to meet your request.
1. Change / Cancellation Request received within 3 days from the original order date
You can request to swap to another product or size, or to cancel the order at no cost on your end. For example, if you paid $100 for the item and $10 for shipping, you will receive $100 + $10 when you request to cancel an order during this period. We will process your request within 2 business days.
2. Change / Cancellation Request received after 3 days from the original order date, but before a tracking number is generated
Your order will have already been processed at this time with the product being packed and dispatched from one of our Fulfillment Centers to the courier or shipping company for further handling. If you change your mind at this time, there will be a restocking fee of 5% of the product selling price. For example, if you request to swap to another product or size, we will send you an invoice amounting to 5% of the product price. If you paid $100 for the item and $10 for shipping, you will receive $95 + $10 when you request to cancel an order during this period. We will process your request within 2 business days
3. Change / Cancellation Request after a tracking number is generated.
Your parcel has already been transported to your country/state. If you would like to swap to another size or product, please return the original item to us first. At this time, we can not accept cancellation request. Please follow the following Return/Exchange instruction.
We accept exchange request within 7 days after an order is delivered (basing on the delivery record provided by the shipping company). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a one-time exchange authorization code and include the string with your return parcel so our Fulfillment Center can process your return without any delay. Our Fulfillment Center can not process any unauthorized exchange return parcels. Please make sure to contact us before sending out any exchange return parcel.
We will bear the shipping cost (standard shipping which takes 7-21 business days to deliver) for sending the exchanged product to your original address. You will be responsible for sending the exchange return parcel to us with the product in its original condition (new with tag).
We accept return request within 3 days after an order is delivered (basing on the delivery record provided by the shipping company), and return packages shall be sent out within 4 days after an order is delivered. Please contact us at email@example.com to request for a one-time return authorization code and include the string with your return parcel so our Fulfillment Center can process your return without any delay. Our Fulfillment Center can not process any unauthorized return parcels. Please make sure to contact us before sending out any return parcel.
Please note that there will be an administrative fee amounting to 10% of the selling price of the product for returns (or 18% on any discounted items) as we need to dry clean and sterilize all return products before we can sell them to other customers.
Refund will be issued after we receive your returned product in its original condition (new with tag). If the returned item is damaged/worn, we could not process your refund request. The refund amount will equal to the total amount you have paid when you place the order less any shipping cost and the administrative fee.
Please note that we can not process return/refund request for any customized item, including any size larger than standard sizes (a standard size refers to the size you can select directly from the size drop-down menu).
Please note that we can not accept return on any final sale / clearance items (which has a discount rate of greater than 45%).
We can only accept parcels sent via registered shipping service or any shipping service that can be tracked. Please kindly provide us with the tracking number once you have sent out the return parcel so we can forward the information to the relevant personnel for follow up.
We offer return shipping label for at a discounted rate (as compared to your local post office, for U.S and Canada only). If you would like to use this service, please let us know when you request for the Exchange/Return authorization code.
Shipping cost is NOT refundable, and the return shipping cost needs to be paid by the buyer.
To qualify for a return/refund, items need to be received back to either a RP Fulfillment Center or our Head Office within 21 days of the delivery date of your order at your address (according to the tracking information of the courier). Exchanges must be received within 60 days.

Returns received at our Fulfillment Center between 22 and 45 days after the delivery date of your order at your address (according to the tracking information of the courier).
